Terms and Conditions

All items for sale are individually designed and created by Yoke
In most cases the beads, gems and stones used are hand crafted so are not uniform,
any variations are the result of the hand process and are not flaws

  *We want you to be completely happy with your purchases,
   and therefore offer a 100% refund (excluding post and packaging) if you are not satisfied.

  *Three Cats Jewellery takes pride in our reputation for quality and service.
  *If, for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to help you with a prompt exchange or refund.
  *Goods should be returned to the following address, in a condition fit for resale, within 14 days of the date of receipt.
   This does not affect your statutory rights.

   Returns. Three Cats Jewellery, 12 Tresillian Close, Llantwit Major, Vale of Glamorgan, CF61 1QX, Wales.

  *Refunds can only be given on items received by us. We therefore suggest a form of recorded postage when returning items.
  *Please quote the Three Cats Jewellery Item Number in a cover note, along with any returns.

  *Under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order
   within 7 working days from the day after the day of receipt of the goods without giving a reason.

  *If your order has been confirmed, but you have not yet received the items, you can change or cancel your order by e-mailing us at
   yoke@threecatsjewellery.co.uk

  *If your order has been despatched, you will also need to return the cancelled item(s) at your own expense to the address given above.
  *We will refund the order or relevant part of it, as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days of cancellation.

  *If you cancel your order and we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange to collect the item from you at your cost.

  *If there has been a mixup with your order, please notify us straight away.
  *Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
  *All items are offered for sale subject to availability
  *All prices exclude Postage and Packaging
  *We reserver the right to remove items from sale with no notice
  *No item will be posted until full payment has been received
  *All items will be inspected prior to posting and certified undamaged
  *Any item damaged on return will not be refunded
  *Any damage in transit will require the purchaser to claim against the Post Office
